Delivery
A signature will be required at the delivery address. Please ensure someone is available to receive the package. SYLV is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at info@SYLVdesigns.com within 7 days of the delivery date, and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
